This striking combination specimen features beautiful blue Kyanite intergrown with deep black Biotite (mica) from the renowned Kadunguri Whiteschists of the Zambezi Belt.

The Kyanite crystals are vitreous and translucent to sub-opaque, forming in their natural triclinic structure. Pearly, opaque black Biotite has developed alongside the Kyanite, creating a dramatic contrast of luminous blue against grounding dark mica.
